Got to find 3 odd keystones one underground in route 209. Another in the pond near your house in Twinleaf Town. Another one a ninja gives to you in Hearthome city. Use the odd keystone that was found undderground in route 209 on the crooked tower that is below Solaceon Town. Spiritomb appears. You must have deleted the elite four eight times in order to get it. Spiritomb is found at level 100.

1. obtain an Odd Keystone (you get it from a blackbelt) and use it on the Hallowed Tower on Route 209. (it isn't called hallowed tour until you put the odd keystone into it) then go underground and talk to 30 people not the trap givers and those guys but friends in the underground, once you talk to them you either go into your secret base and "decorate door" or go back up and then go back down and do it a gain until you fight spiritomb (which will be at lv. 20)
