Pre-rinse the clothing in cold water. Then, soak in water that has laundry soap and bleach in it. Wash in hot water and use one cup of white vinegar in the rinse cycle.
By the way, this is how we used to wash cloth baby diapers.
use Odor Control (Buy at Home Depot in cleaning supplies)! tablespoon when you soak then wash in machine. don't mix with any other clothes. This product is used to nuetralize human and animal urine. it works well on most stuff. read instuctions
I think you should put it in the washing machine, but if you have already done that then you should go buy oxy clean.(It works really well.)

If you are in the US, that detergent in the pink box that is made specially for baby clothes still works best , because who wets their clothes more than babies ? Pre-rinse the clothing in the washing machine. Then, wash in hot water and soap. For "real" diapers, mix soap in a bucket with water, and, after rinsing the diaper in the toilet, place it in the bucket until you have a full load.

the ancient rome used something disguisting which was "urine" to clean their clothes. they use to have a bucket outside their houses and anyone could come and actually do their toilet and come back... and when the bucket goes full someone had to go and walk in the bucket of urine and keep and steping on the clothes..

Get a product called TKO. It's a natural product made from orange oil and it really works.
for your clothes yes and if you are not a family member of the same person who peed, then it coulod give you a disease

at first it hurts and you might get some urine on your clothes but practice makes perfect
