∙ 15y agoGo to or call the main office of your high school and ask to speak to someone in charge of student, past or present, records. They should have no problem, after verifying that you are who you say, going into the computer and pulling up those records for you.

∙ 16y agoYou would call the school and speak to the registrar. They will tell you what you need to send in--usually it is a letter with your name, social security number and the dates of attendance. There is also a nominal fee. If the school is closed, you might have to do further research, but the transcripts are usually housed close by.

∙ 14y agoIf you're a high school student, simply go to your guidance office and ask for a copy of your transcript. Schools usually keep all of that information in a computer that prints out a standardized form anytime anyone needs your transcript. You should be able to access your transcript at any time.
If you're an employer, contact the school of the employee whose transcript you want and they will tell you the procedure for obtaining the transcript.
