Just battle a lot with it or if you want it to a low level when it evolves, you can give it a whole lot of expensive items like Iron, Carbos and Zinc. They give a big boost to a Pokemon's happiness.

∙ 14y agoIn heart gold and Soul silver You must take it onto the Pokéwalker and go on a stroll. Or simply stay on the game keep it as the head of your party and walk with it. talk with it every once and a while and keep him/her from fainting.
