First you need to buy an M2 memory card that's 1 g
you put it in and you need to have the cable that's for the usb that comes with the phone
You also need to download the Disc2Phone program wich you can download from the Sony Ericsson page
Then you open the Disc2Phone plug in your phone connect it into the computer select file transfer and put your Itunes music into the drag section.
After you have all your music selected you have to click transfer and it may take a while to transfer.
Then you close the program and Remove your cable and that's it
