if you had no life during the relationship then how can you get your life back after the break up if you never had it to begin with!? you said you had no life during the relationship right? then how can you get your life back from it? it makes no sense.... but if what you're trying to say is how to get motivated and out there dating and stuff again, then i suggest you just get over it slowly, and just try to be optimistic and focus on the more positive things in life. you'll find someone else, or you'll make up and be together again. Don't eat ice cream. A lot of girls do it in shows and in real life, to be like the girls on the show for some stupid reason, but don't. Seriously. You'll get fat and really let yourself go. Ice cream once in a while is fine, but don't make it your whole diet for 3 days.
