I call it the "Mega Wedgie for girls." First you give the girl a normal wedgie (in the butt), then, slide the underwear in between the crotch "lips". Next, hook the front of the underwear to a flagpole and hoist her up. Leave her there for 3 hours, or until her underwear rips. You can force her to be your slave too when done.

100% A hanging wedgie but tbh the luckily chance of that happening to you is low so the most realistic I'd say is an Atomic Wedgie where they are pulled over your head but depends on how stretchy your undies are.
