You may be a bit addicted to the caffeine in the soda, so do not be surprised if you have a headache for a day or two. If you have been drinking quite a bit of soda, you may also feel a bit shaky for a day or two.
You also need to consider why you are drinking so much soda. Are you tired or thirsty? Water helps with both problems. Juice with lots of ice and a bit of seltzer may also help
