Well he white room is only in super mario 64 ds, but you need luigi to get to it. It is located on the second floor in the room where the mirrors are. Make luigi get a power flower on one of the pedestals, then walk through the mirror. Then enter the door leading to the white room where a star is located. Hope this helped:)
