just look up a guide. ones with pictures and step by step information are good. but you my friend are probably not ready to full fledge hack the game on PC ONLY version because scripting is quite hard.

You must have a hack tool to do that, mac's can run windows hack tools. therefore you cannot hack call of duty 4 without a windows pc. I run call of duty 4 mac also, you can enter basic cheats like fly and stuff, or you can mod it for wall hacks and inf ammo just youtube "call of duty 4 hack fly mac" and it will probably give you a mod to install that...
