I use small lead anchors after drilling holes with a masonry bit of the proper size. Your local building supply or hardware store clerk can advise you on everything you will need. It's really easy. There are probably other ways to do it but this is pretty straight-forward and reliable.

∙ 13y ago- If you are allowed and are sure you want to there are drills that will drill brick and concrete, with wall anchors to go with it. Even a quite large heavy picture will not require a large hole.
- If you can not damage the wall do hang your picture, there are removable adhesives that can attach a bracket or hook.
- Or as I did in one apartment I built a small book case and created a back behind the artwork and painted the support off the book case to match the wall.

∙ 12y agofor any heavy item use zbar hanger which it comes with holes every 4" and easy to install and safe also you will have gap only 1/4" between art and wall is safe for supper heavy art or mirror ,cabinet and panel.
