My answer to you, would be to try and get him to realize her bad parts and that he shouldn't be with her. if he cuts a second time you need to get him help and i mean treatment. without it he will cut again. (Treatment may not even work but if he realizes how much time he wastes of his life in there for cutting he wont do it again)(sadly less than 50% of people who go to treatment are cured when they come back out)
