You need to specify more, I answered a guy's question about the same thing earlier and he didn't provide many details. Thankfully I know you are talking about the Isle of Frost but the problem is what are the 2 eyes are you talking about are? are they in some guy's house? or are they on a high icy wall in some canyon? well I think i know what 1 or 2 eyes you are talking about, the little devils that close every time you try shooting them with an arrow? Yeah I know really annoying and worrying if you don't know how to do it. Thankfully I finished thegame 100%. Here is how you do it.

Go to the ice temple

You go to the 2 eyes and turn around so they are open. Equip your grappling hook and look one or 1.5 or 2 imaginary squares South West and South East of you there should be 2 poles. The space in between them MUST be south of you. nowuse your grappling hook and hook them together then take out your bow and arrows and shoot at the rope in between those 2 poles an they should bounce off, keep on boucing them off the rope till they hit bothe eyes.

you have to make a tihtrope with the poles then look at the rope while standing in the middle where the light blue block is then take your arrow out and shoot the arrow at the rope then it will bounce off it then hit the eyes.

It depends. If there are any solid objects,[torches,stone tablets,pegs,]make a tight rope with the grappeling hook,face it,and shoot the tight rope.If there is an arrow pointer,point it towards the eye with your boomerang,then shoot.(the grappeling hook is in the ice temple on the isle of frost.)

you don't shoot it. You have to point your sword at the eye and the eye will follow where you point the tip of your sword. keep moving the tip of your sword clockwise (really fast though) until the sword gets dizzy and drops off
