That's a self-contradiction. A screenshot is a picture of your desktop area. In order for the screenshot to be larger than your monitor, the desktop would have to be larger than the monitor. The only way this is possible is to:
A. If running a CRT monitor, jack up the resolution higher than your monitor's supported max. The image would still technically not be larger than your monitor screen, but it would increase the total size of your screenshot. This can easily damage older monitors, so do it at your own risk.
B. Some LCD monitors support a "real estate scrolling" method by increasing the maximum resolution, similar to the above method. This displays only a portion of the desktop at a time.
C. Use multiple monitors.
The obvious answer is to increase the resolution of your monitor. Assuming you're already at the maximum supported resolution, your print screens cannot get any bigger without re-sampling the captured images. However, you cannot reveal any more detail than exists in the image to begin with. All you will do is increase the size of the pixels (which is no different to zooming into the image). But perhaps that is the intent.
Another way to enlarge screen captures is to use multiple-monitors to spread the desktop over a much larger area (effectively increasing the resolution 2, 3 or even 4 fold). I use three large wide-screen monitors side-by-side and can capture all three as a single image.
Note that you can also capture individual applications as well as the entire desktop, by using ALT+PRNTSCRN on a selected application. This allows you to resize the application's window to suit. So long as no part of the application is off screen, the entire window will be captured (anything off screen is cut off).
If you're trying to capture information that simply will not fit in one screen shot, then take multiple captures and join them together by copy/pasting the elements of interest into a larger image. This a common technique when trying to capture a list that only shows a few items at a time. Each capture shows a different portion of the list which is then joined together to reproduce the entire list in a single shot.

The typical number of screens depends on the size of the movie theater. Some smaller ones only have a few screens, while bigger theaters have 10 or more.

Yes. It's called a DSi XL and has bigger screens!
This depends on what you are trying to print. For example, to print a Word document larger, you can increase the font size. To print a larger image of something, you can resize the image in a visual editing program before printing.
