starter is located on drivers side below intake manifod very hard to see it, easier to see from underneath it attaches with one bolt from bell hsg. side and lne from starter side.

Secure the starter by tightening the starter retaining bolts. Connect the cables on the front of the starter. Connect your positive cable to the battery.

First disconnect the + side of the battery. The starter is on the right side of the engine (when you are facing the truck) accessible from underneath the truck. This is also under the oil filter, so you may want to degrease the starter before you start. Secure the truck on jack stands. Disconnect the wires on the back of the starter (two wires and a plug), then remove the two bolts holding it in at the back. Voila! Reverse process to install new starter.

Oh yeah dude, easy. Remove the frame rails on the bottom of the car right under the starter (below the throttle body) then take off passenger side wheel, remove that from the transaxel (some working space) then remove the engine mount that is in your way. Just rip out the starter, take it to a parts shop, get a new starter and your core back =) and stick the new one in! Hope that heps!
