I own a 2008 es350, so I for sure this works for 2007-2010 es350.
At the bottom of your nav screen, there is a little panel with the
Lexus logo on it,using your thumb nail, for the bottom push up,
the panel will come off.Push menu botton, then push the on screen
map DVD prompt, upper right corner. then push DVD eject prompt
on the screen, lower left corner. the DVD will slide out of a small slot.
You should be able to take it from there.

Go to your local audio dealer, and get it professionally installed.
Have purchased a new 12.1 version for my 2006 Lexus GS300. How "exactly" do I do the installation. I have found the unit in my glove box. Thanks. ARB
I believe the LX570, like the LS460, uses a hard drive to store the Map data and needs special equipment to load the DVD Update on to the hard disk. You probably will need a half hour installation service from your local Lexus dealer.
Go to Honda Dealer. They will install for you.
Hate to say it but probably the Stealership.
First find a non navi climate control and then an installation kit for the radio then wire harness u will lose the subwoofer but I added an amp and box in my trunk but I hope this helps
I was selling Toyota Prius car DVD navigation, the price is cheaper than eBay, contact telephone number is 8613250177244
You should open the front panel (clock inside). First insert two mini screwdriver-like pin (can be found in accessory toolkit box) into the small holes on left and right. After you pushed fully, you can pop out the panel. The navigation DVD hole can be found behind this popped-out panel. Select "Eject navigation DVD" from the touch screen menu and change the disk.
In the rear cargo area, lift the handle to reveal the tire jack, etc. You will see a rectangular access panel on the right hand side sort of facing the driver seat. Remove the panel, and inside you will see a DVD slot. Above it is a tab that needs to be slid toward the left which opens the DVD door and ejects the disc. I believe the car needs to be in ACC or ON to do this. Then you slip in the new DVD and you are good to go.
In a Chrysler 300 c is the navigation system also a DVD player?
