i don't know who Emily is but what you do is make sure your best friends with any Sim. Then click on the phone. Then click call Sim. Then click on her picture. Then it will ask you what you want to do it should say something like talk, invite over and then it should also say invite household. click on that and if they decline become better friends and then try again and keep trying until she accepts.
