There are a few options. You can buy something like this: http://www.leevalley.com/garden/page.aspx?c=1&p=49512&cat=2,10719,33068 Or depending on the diameter of the pole that you have the birdfeeder on you can try taking a 2 litre pop bottle, cutting off the bottom and threading that onto the pole (similar to the device linked above).

Most hummingbird feeder come with bee-guards, little mesh caps that fit over the end of the tubing. It shouldn't be too hard to make something that will permit the long bill of a hummingbird and exclude other birds. It what the flowers do. Time to do some tinkiering I think.

Keeping a squirrel out of a bird feeder is a never ending chore. The best thing you can do is get a squirrel-proof bird feeder.
