They probably won't and trying to make them like each other may make matters worse. At best they will tolerate each other, but be aware, the dominate cat may eventually chase the other cat away. This happens a lot.
You mean, a pet rat? Don't let your cat anywhere near your pet rat. No amount of time or "training" will deter the cat from attacking the rat. They're not going to become friends. Cats are predators, and rats are their prey. You can't repress their natural instinct to hunt.
Don't let the rat out of its cage unless the cat is safely locked out of the room, and don't ever leave them alone together unless the cage is securely locked.
Even then, I wouldn't leave them alone together. I'd keep the rat in a separate room. Even if the cat can't get into the cage, it can stalk around the cage and scare the hell out of the rat. Being under such severe stress, over a prolonged period of time, could kill the rat.
Keep the hamster away from the cat! You are probably not going to be able to get the cat to like a hamster except how it tastes, and if you love your hamster you should not risk it!
Maybe try keeping the hamster in a cage or box, and keeping the cat in a separate room i guess.
It would be very hard, your best bet is just to keep them far apart from each other.
Keep the hamster in a cage if you let the hamster out lock the hamster in a room where the cats not in
Keep the hamster cage out of reach from the cat.
You prevent your cat from having access to your hamster. Keep your hamster caged at all times unless supervised by an adult. If the cat is aggressive, keep the cat in a seperate room or outside when you take the hamster out.
lock ur cat in somewhere
cat then dog
the best cage for a hamster (if you have a cat) would be a plastic one not a wire cage. but still keep the cage away from your cat as much as you can so the cat doesn't knock it over or something.
That depends whether you mean a puppy as in a young dog, or a puppy as in a baby hamster as they are also called puppies.
A cat could eat a hamster if it felt like it. I strongly suggest keeping the hamster away from the cat and the cat away from the hamster:/
cat hamster and then rabbit
Don't let the hamster out of it's cage. To a cat, a hamster is prey. A food source.
The cat will eat the hamster and the cat and dog will get in a fight that will end badly
yes it is a good idea to buy a hamster with a cat
minks and small mammales
