If she doesn't sem to care about you or is really flirty with other guys ou should get suspicious. If it goes on for a while just ask her what is going on. You just got to trust her. If you really like her and she likes you back, you'll know. Also, if you ask her and she starts to get sweaty and distressed than she is. Also, keep hounding her with questions till she breaks

Obviously, you ask. If that doesn't work you hire a private detective. If you can't afford that then keep an eye out for how they react when you talk about certain things such as infidelity. Maybe mention that someone you know got cheated on, and how horrible it is. Ask what they feel is cheating, and whats not. And after you talk to them and you still feel in your gut that the person is cheating. Then tell them your concern and if that fails then i suggest you walk away. Because if you can't have trust a marriage will never work.

p.s You could also measure how fast their heart beats by holding their wrist when you ask those questions :P might show guilt if it speeds up lol
