if your guinea pig has a tumor it may lose hair and its behaviour may change eg eating habits etc if you suspect a tumor you should properly take it to the vets incase.
the guinea pig may also have a lump. some tumors are cancer and i would recommend that you take it to the vets even if you suspect a tumor.
It will have a large lump on its back and if you think it might be a tumor you should bring it to the vet!
No, you shouldn't worry because a tumor can't be spread like a sickness. (Sorry about the hamster)
Take it to the hospital if i were you. If you did that than hope he/she lives. Sorry bout your hamster
it wqill have a lump on its butt
it looks a bit like this
I would not attemp to remove the tumor myself (one of my hamsters had a tumor) but to take it to a vet to have it surgically removed if they think necessary.
if you had a tumor on your neck would you seek medical care?! of course you should!
you should ask your local vet about that...
tumor
hamster tumors are just the same as a humans. When you start to feel small or large bumps on a hamster you will know that its a sign and you should immediately take your hamster to the vet, and they will see what they can do, or if your hamster is in pain, they can put your hamster to sleep humanely.
I'm terribly sorry to tell you this, but it might be a tumor. :( bettas live 1-2 years, so it might be getting older which causes it to get a tumor. it may not be a tumor, and not all tumors are cancer. good luck all the best, Fishlover
I'm sorry to say that my hamster had an enlarged stomach and smelt lot, also he had diarrhoea, it turned out that he had a large tumor in his stomach. You could tell he wasn't eating just hiding food because he was so thin on top.
It may be the male hamsters testies or if it is female it may be a tumor.
