You should know that the Appalachian Mountain is older than the rocky mountain because the Rocky Mountain is 450 years old and the Appalachian Mountain rocks between 100- 200 years old. but the actual Mountain is 200-300 years old

Yes, the Rocky Mountains are younger than the Appalachian Mountains.

The Rockies were developing 40-80 million years ago.

The Appalachians were developing 250-300 million years ago.

Evidence from a topographic map is the erosional difference. The Rockies are steeper and more rugged, while the Appalachian have had more time exposed to environmental erosion, therefore they are not as steep and are more rounded.
