My ex hardly talk to me, even when we started our life together. His always busy and don't make time anymore especially to me, even though he promised me that after the navy, it will be my turn. Always staying inside his office till early morning. He kept himself busy all the time even on a weekend. I could tell you much more but I think the only way you will know is ask your spouse.
You remember when your significant other wouldn't perform oral sex on you when you wanted them to? Yeah, that's when you know.

When you cannot think of one good thing worth staying for. If you can think of one good thing to stay for, focus on that and work it out. If you haven't tried every single thing you can to work it out, then get to work. Start with counceling. If there are kids involved, work twice as hard to save the marraige for their sake. When you get a divorce. You will know when your marriage is over when one of the spouses refuses to see a marriage counselor; is not interested in trying patch up differences in the marriage and has said they want out.
