How do you know which sensor is the 3 and 4 shift sensor in the 4L60E transmission in an 98 Silverado?

It does not have a 3-4 shift solenoid. It has a 1-2 and 2-3 only. What you are calling 4 is overdrive, no solenoid.

Type your answer here... NO. The 95 MUST have the 4L60E transmission put BACK in it if it is a 1/2 ton. If it is a 3/4 ton then it MUST have the 4L80E trans. put in it. If you put the 91 transmission in it then the engine will not run right and the transmission won't shift.
