what are fusible links
the 2002 Stratus have no fusible links
Fusible links are generally in the harness next to the battery.
Believe it or not but the fusible links are bolted on. The fusible links are in the fuse box in the engine compartment. They are 2cm square boxes with a clear window on top to view the link. Undo the 2 bolts holding the fuse box to the inner guard. Unclip the top and underside cover of the fuse box There will be a white cover under the fusible links Pry that off with a flat blade screwdriver. From the top of the fuse box push the screwdriver down the 2 slits either side of the fusible links (set of 3). This section now drops down revealing the bolts. One side is 8mm and the other side is 10mm. Undo the bolts on either side of the fusible link. The fusible link can now be pulled straight up. Replace the fusible link and reverse the steps above to install.
Should be locate on left front fender well, behind battery, below air intake tube.

A fusible link had disintergrated at the battery and was removed. Toyota no longer supports this part. I was not the one that removed the link so I am not sure where it would go back. The headlights do not work after the link was removed.
fusible links are right off of the positive battery cable where it attaches to the battery. There are 2, and they can be identified with the green plugs that connect them to the wire harness ... 1 is a single wire and one a double.

The Villager does not use fusible links that I am aware.
Generally the main fusible link comes off the positive side of the battery. They are usually marked (unless someone has replaced it with a generic fuse link )with a small tab "fuse link".
Fusible links are generally located close to the main power source such as the battery or accessory solenoid.
If there is a fusible link in the truck, or just under the hood, it would be connected to your fuse box and attached to your positive terminal on the battery.
Locate the starter motor on the lower front of the engine. At the top of the starter, there are a few wire leads attached on a post by a nut. Enclosed in these wire leads are the fusible links. The links are not replaceable (as ordinary fuses are). The "blown links" must be cut off and new links connected in. Newer model cars have done away with fuseable links and have placed more accessible, typical fuses underneath the hood.
