You don't need to do anything, let the mother nurse her babies. You can handle the guinea pig babies and this will help them to socialise with you and become tamed. The males will not eat the babies so you do not need to remove the male.

you don't have to care for a baby guinea pig if its mother is with it. if the mother is protecting the baby you don't need to do any thing for the baby. but if you notice the mother isn't interested in the baby then you might have to remove the baby from the hutch and hand raise it but providing it with milk and dry food. you may also need to stimulate they babys bum to get it too poo and pee you can do this by having a wet cotton ball and wiping around the bum

hope this helps

As soon as your guinea pig gives birth to another cute little one, it's always safe to just quickly check the baby to make sure it's looking healthy. If it doesn't look right or if it's not breathing properly, take it to the vet as soon as possible and make sure it goes with its mother because the baby needs its milk and it really misses the mother if it is left alone for a while. If the baby looks completely healthy, put it back and don't touch it for about a week unless you really need to. If you leave the guinea pig it gives it time for the little one to get used to its surroundings and it will get used to you and other people. After that week, you will be able to handle the guinea pig once again. It will be more used to you and won't mind being handled. Check once again if the guinea pig is healthy and if it is, you're on your road to being a guinea pig lover!!!
