I'm guess you're asking about relieving the tension on the belt?
The tensioner swivels away from the belt, thus loosening the belt.
This is done by putting a wrench or socket or whatever you can fit,
onto the front of the tensioner and rotating it.
In addition to moving the tensioner pulley, you might have to loosen the alternator to gain a little more slack space.

Loosen the tensioner pulley. The tensioner pulley will slide to the right. This will loosen the alternator belt. So it can be removed.
