If you are most concerned with the size of your stomach I can tell you from experience that doing more sit ups is not going to solve your problems. I found the most success with dietary adjustments and adding in exercise as well.

Moreover you should run in the morning and in the afternoon which will help you amazingly in reducing your bulky belly.

The most overlooked element to successful weight loss is setting small goals. This is way you can achieve them and that (at least for me) has really boosted my confidence and determination.

burning fat is a daunting task. it is not as easy as it is portrayed. burning fat in one area of the body is not possible, to burn fat in the stomach or legs, you must burn fat from your whole body. To burn fat you have to run/ jog at a cardio pace -for weeks or even months-. Your body must learn to use fat as fuel instead of calories. i hope this is helpfull.
