try doing crunches everyday. and do planks (which is when you lay on your front with your feet and legs paralel and your vaginal area off the floor but still at the same angle as your hands and feet. also try joining a gym and seeing a personal trainer. and if you don't already try eting healthy foods i did this and lost 100 pounds in 4 weeks!
