Oh, I feel your pain! I have the exact same problem, but apparently, it's normal to have 2 rolls of fat, so you only need to lose 1. Sorry, but it's got to be said-if
you want to lose weight fast, then don't listen to that crap about metabolism, and BMI, just lose the weight. Classically, no candy, sweets, cake, chocolate in any form, pretty much any junk food. Don't eat any dips or sauces with your meals like ketchup or mayo, and cut out white bread, try to eat brown bread, but not with all the seeds and nuts and stuff cause that has more calories. Just try plain brown bread. Nothing fried, and make sure to drink at least 5 large glasses of water a day, but if you are an adult, then maybe 10. Exercise, this includes walking as much as you can as every little helps. Don't eat anything late at night or early in the morning, I would recommend your eating hours to be around 7am-8pm if it's possible. And avoid all temptations, just walk away, and think of how much it will pay off afterwards.

Impossible. You could only lose a pound or so of fat in that time. You could (but shouldn't) completely fast while dehydrating yourself in order to lose quite a bit of water weight, but this wouldn't make you look good.

It is recommended that a water fast shouldn't last more than 3 days. This depends on the amount of body fat you have. Those with less body fat cannot fast as long.
