Same advice as anyone would give: eat right, and exercise more. just a simple thing like walking to school (if it's not too far) instead of being driven can make a big difference. replace some junk foods like cookies, or candy to fresh fruit or vegetables. you might even find you like these things way better. of course, before making a specific diet, always ask an adult or your doctor.
Do push ups, sit ups, and pulls ups if possible every day. Then do running/jogging for 20-30 minutes every other day. You'll get in excellent shape if you follow that consistently for a couple months.
It matters how tall you are and how much you weigh. But i think they should not be over 90 pounds and if you exercise enough.
I work out twice a day at the same age!
I do treadmill, and floor work at home and Gymnastics ,dance ,tennis and swimming!
All these exercises make you lose weight and increase you height mostly swimming!
I'm 12 years old and weigh 123.8 pounds and i didn't eat breakfast and lunch but don't do what i did i lost 2 pounds and i had to wake up at 6 in the morning to do exercises. just eat healthier foods and don't go bike riding up town and eat away foods in the summer.
you need nutrition and eat healthier foods.
Oh that's what you should do if you don't do any excersize you should do a sport !
It depends on how you exercise. You should eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. NO FAST FOODS! My 11-year-old would eat fast food. She was 156.8 lbs at 5ft-and-3in. Now she is 12 and weighs 75.5 lbs. Her first week of dieting she DID NOT eat bread! One rule of dieting; NO BREAD!! She would eat one piece of chicken, green beans, and corn. Eat 1 serving. Only fat free milk. NO SOFT DRINKS! Water! Water! Water! Lunch, instead of Sandwiches, tomato soup or salad. Do not eat school food, until you have lost all the weight you want. Some 11-year-olds still have to bring snacks. Bring granola bars only. If you do this until you have lost weight, it will become a habit and that make it to where you do not get overweight again.
Sincerely yours,
Lucy Calloway

No. You should not lose weight. Teens think that they should look a specific way, weigh a specific amount ect. But i tell you that you will lose so much if you think that you have to be like that. Im 18 years old and am 5'0 i weigh 152 lbs. Now i am actually considered over-weight. I have been told by many docs that the "Ideal" weight for me is 110-115 lbs Take that into consideration.
you can make them walk with you
Eat fruits and workout
