the most weight that you can lose i up to 10 pounds. All you gotta do is to not pig out at iftar and you'll be fine. Do try to get some excercise after Iftar. That's what's really gonna help you. Hope this has helped. Happy Ramadan!

Most of the time you don't lose weight in Ramadan, you just gain weight because of the fatty food you eat during Iftari, but if you want to lose weight, then don't eat fatty foods and eat healthy foods without a lot of calories. Good luck!
