Most of the time you don't lose weight in Ramadan, you just gain weight because of the fatty food you eat during Iftari, but if you want to lose weight, then don't eat fatty foods and eat healthy foods without a lot of calories. Good luck!

if you want to loose weight in ramadan- eat lots of protein like chicken and fish and avoid fried foods which are everywhere at iftar time. try and do regular but not straining exercises, and mainly "CUT OUT THE FAT" as my auntie humeara says. and dont take too much food in at once,eat until you are full, eat healthier foods such as fruits and vegetables.
