i lose weight by eating a fruits or veggies for lunch then go running or jogging and for dinner a turkey sandwich whole grain bread then taking a bike ride if you get hungry in the day eat a banana,pair or grapes

you can also lose weight by doing push ups and sit ups and more. EXERCISING helps a lot.

you should excersise after the holidays to get your body back and eating the foods you already eat but changing it a little bit by puting fruits and veggies in your meals

However, for now, return to a balanced diet, eliminating soft drinks, desserts and any large meals. Exercise, like taking a 30 minute walk, daily. Be sure you drink enough water, get enough calcium and rest and the weight should go away.
