How do you love yourself so he will love you?

You need to always love yourself, but not to the point where you are smug and sself-centered. Remember that you are not the center of the universe. Just have confidance in yourself and be yourself. You can't make him love you. Get close to him and become good friends. Tell him how you feel when you are good friends, and you're ready. Maybe he'll like you back and you could get together. ~Shannon

Take care of yourself. This means mind body and spirit. Inform yourself/stay up to date. Do things that challenge your intellect. Express yourself through something creative. Remember anyone is/can be creative for we are all artists of life! Take care of your body. This means treat yourself to good, wholesome meals, exercise and take showers and baths and take your time to groom yourself. Self-massage your shoulder-muscles when you are tired. Take more naps, make sure you get enough sleep/are well rested. Engage in something spiritual. This doesn't mean you have to get to church right now, do whatever works for you! You don't have to follow any certain religion, you can be eclectic if that feels better for you! Trust your intuition, look after yourself, and treat yourself well. You are worth it. If you suffer from any negativity whatsover (whether you "down" yourself or tell your self negative insulting things)... be careful what you tell yourself. Make sure it's positive and nurturing. Tell/write out/say (out loud, if need be) affirmations everyday for yourself. ..If need be! An example of a short affirmation could be as follows.

I am strong.

I am loved.

I am living in abundance.

I invite light into my life.

....And so it is!
