Firefox doesnt have a auto start option.
But, you could always look in msconfig (just type msconfig into the run command tool), and look in the start up tab option.
It is actually part of the virus protection/firewall that you have on your computer. Try turning off your firewall, or pause it, before you download. That should work fine.. Make sure you turn it back on after though .
