Well, you cant make a girl love you. But here are some tips that could get your there:

1) You should smile and say 'Hey' whenever you see her. Maybe you could give her a few smiles now and then in class.

2) Start talking to her, saying stuff like 'Hey, how was your weekend?'

3) If she's sitting by herself, go sit next to her and talk to her about something like,

'Hello, why aren't you sitting with your friends?' OR 'Hi, Is there something wrong? You just look lonely.'

4) If she's feeling upset/crying, comfort her, sit with her, ask her whats wrong and put one arm around her shoulder, (If she likes you enough she will put her head on your shoulder) Walk her to class, if she doesn't want to go, then just skip class with her.

5) Listen to her, if she wants to talk about something, you need to pay attention to her! Ask her how her assignments are going and if she needs help with homework or whatever she talks about.

6) Act the same around your friends as you would alone with her. Don't act 'cool' or idiotic or around her, she still exists and girls hate it when you do that.

PS / BTW: If you have been doing all 5 of these steps for a few weeks/months, pay attention to whether she smiles when your talking, and whether she looks at you when you walk by her. Then you could continue on to the next step.

7) Get her mobile number so you can text her now and then, sometimes even to say goodnight. Find out what suburb she lives in - Moving onto step 7

8) Ask her to meet you somewhere near where she lives, OR ask her if she would like to hang out after school. While your hanging out, tell her you like her, or maybe even ask her out.

10) If you want to move onto kissing her, make sure your alone. Take her into a private corner in the school, and lean her against the wall (Only if she wants to) then place one hand around her waist and rest it on the small of her back and the other hand on the wall next to her shoulder.
