I think what you should do is get 3 blankets and find a big space. Get 10 hairbands and tie blankets to something that will hold it with the hair bands making it strong. Place a mattress under it get pillows a blanket and make that the bed and then take homework, books, magazines example to do in there. You can make you tent as big or as small as you want. You need supports for your blanket. Tie 3 or 5 sticks ( the height of the blanket you're using) at the top. Spread the bottom of the sticks out to form a triangle or pentagon. If you're building this tent outside you can stick the sticks into the ground. If you're building this inside, stick them in pots with rocks for weight.
