How do you make a home spa?

Feet

What you will need:

• Bucket
• Towels
• 2 washClothes
• Bath Poof or facial brush
• Bath salts
• Baby Powder
• Foot Scrub
• Moisturising Lotion
• Foot Cream

First get a bucket and fill it with warm water. Add bath salts to the water and stir them around with a clean hand. Add a few sprinkles of baby powder to make your feet soft. Soak feet for 5-10 minutes. Take your feet out then dry them with a towel. Lay your feet on a towel and apply foot scrub. Rub it in good with a bath poof or facial brush. Next apply moisturising lotion. Rub it in with your hands. Then start to give a good massage. After the massage, apply foot cream. Then get 2 washclothes and soak them in water. Take them out and put in the mircowave 5-10 seconds. Lay the washclothes over feet. Remove them when they feel cold. Follow with Pedicure.

Pedicure

What you will need:

• nail polish
• Cutical Cream or cutical oil
• Toe Separators
• Nail Polish Remover and cotton balls (opional)
• Top Coat
• Nail file
• Nail Shaper

First remove your nail polish with nail polish remover and cotton balls. Then shape your nails just right with a nail shaper. File your nails. Put cutical oil or cutical cream on your cuticals. Next put toe separators in between your toes. Apply desired nail polish. When that coat is dry add a second coat. When it is all dry add top coat.

Face

What you will need:

• Face mask (you can make your own from a recipe online or buy one.)
• Cucumbers
• Facial lotion (one that won't clog pores)
• Facial Scrub
• Face Cleanser
• Wash Cloth

Wash your face with a facial cleanser and wash cloth. Apply face scrub. Rinse with water. Apply facial lotion and rub in good. Rub on face mask. Don't get in eyes. Leave on for at least 10 minutes with 2 cucumbers over your eyes. If it is a peel off face mask peel it off. Remove cucumbers. Rinse your face.

Manicure

What you will need:

• Nail polish
• Cutical cream or cutical oil
• Nail Polish Remover and cotton balls(opional)
• Top coat
• Hand Lotion
• Nail File
• Nail Shaper

First rub in hand lotion. Then remove nail polish with nail polish remover and cotton balls. Apply cutical cream or cutical oil to your cuticals. Rub in. Shape nails with a nail shaper. File nails with a nail file. Apply desired nail polish. Wait for it to dry then apply a second coat. Wait for it all to dry then add top coat.

To set the mood right put on music, light candles, and dim lights. Enjoy!
