The decals must be approve by the Roblox Developers. g. At the same place and in the same Item you want to retexture; Go to its Mesh and Replace the code with your new code from your Decal ID. h. The Item should change colors and Highlight the item and Publish it and It will end up as a "Model" For Packages will take more time than Hats and Gear because there are Torso, Left and Right Arms and Left and Right Legs.
