: you take apart the wood shed without breaking it and build a paint booth with some nails and a hammer.
The expense to paint the shed is a function of the shed's surface area.

A benefit of a plastic garden shed over a wooden garden shed is that the plastic shed will not rot, as it is not biodegradable, therefore will not break down as quickly as a wooden garden shed would.
A small wooden building is typically called a "shed" or a "cabin."

My experience with it on a garden shed was not impressive. We had the house painted with Sherwin Williams which was recommended to us by our painter at the same time I painted the new shed in what should have been a contrasting color - a deep barn/brick red with white trim. Both the house and the shed were primed with the same primer. Both were painted on the exact same day - so drying conditions, etc. were identical. The shed is clad in hardiboard which *should* hold paint longer than the wooden clapboard siding on the house. 2 years later, I had our painter back out to paint the shed. The red had gone chalky and would rub off on your clothes if you happen to brush up against the shed. The house still looked great..
Paint can be purchased from stores such as Walmart and Target, and hardware stores like Lowe's Home Improvement and The Home Depot.

It depends on the shed type. A wooden shed with wooden roof may not be appropriate to grow a plant at all. Most appropriate are vinyl garden sheds or at least vinyl coated sheds. You need good water insulation to avoid corrosion and water penetration inside the shed. The plants should be light and have short roots. Grass, some flowers, ivy - those are the plants I can recommend. It really depends on the type and the quality of the shed.
Creosote is a little toxic to be using for paint. I would look into safer options.
Steel will last longer and will not rot. It is, however, more expensive than wood. Have a great time choosing your new shed.
