I am only a kid but i have seriously chicken arms. They are like twigs! Most girls say they want to be this skinny but they dont know how bad it is! I even have the fingers of a five year old! How do I get fatter legs and arms without getting a stomach? If someone could give me a list of exersizes or training stuff that would help! Thanks!
