Season as usual. Top with panko (japanese) bread crumbs and spray with some olive oil spray before baking....... personally I season as usual and dip it in egg and then breadcrumbs and fry. You can use seasoned breadcrumbs
Leave it out for a couple of minutes. If nobody is eating it, put them in a container and wrap it in tinfoil. When you take it out to eat, pop it in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
Try baking it on a wire rack. And experiment with/without tinfoil.
