This depends on what operating system you use. Linux is simple, you just go to system->preferences
In windows you simply, cannot.
You could possibly change the "feel" of it, by changing your resolution to something liie 1078x988 or something

- Unlock the tool bar
- There will be vertical dotted lines. Move those about to make it bigger or smaller.
- If you can't move them then turn off your computer and then turn it on again.

∙ 13y agoMake sure that is unlocked by right clicking it, then put your cursor on the top of the taskbar until your cursor changes to a double-ended arrow, then click & hold while you move the taskbar. If you want it hidden, click properties > Auto-Hide the taskbar
