To be honest, you can't. You could try putting in more RAM, but the aspire one is a netbook. It was not designed for games, and nothing will change that.
Lower all your settings and then lower viewing distance.
PC Magazine suggests that the Acer AS5750 that retails for $499.00 is an excellent low-budget laptop. Another good one would be the Acer Aspire V5 that sells for around $450.00.
There are many thin laptops but the manufacturer boasting that they have the thinnest ultra book is the Acer Aspire S7. It is less than 3 pounds at $1,399.
An anti-lag script is sure 3% less lag (for some games). But the solution for giving less lag without any script is impossible

An Acer tablet is a convenient alternative to the Ipad. Acer tablets provide almost all of the same options as an iPad, just not in the Mac format. Instead, an Acer is a less costly tablet which can be used to access the internet, yet larger than the typical cell phone and small enough to fit inside your purse or book bag. If you need something on the go that can do just about everything a netbook would do, an Acer tablet is the perfect solution.
Try contacting the manufacturer of the computer. Usually they have every replacement part for sale. Thanks for the attempt to help, but Acer customer support is totally useless. 2 emails went unanswered and a phone call was a waste of time. The rep, who barely spoke English but refused to transfer me to someone else, said, after a 15 minute ordeal, that I have to find someone locally because they don't have "ruver fees". BTW, I spelled "rubber feet" very slowly for her 4 times because she didn't know what I was saying. Another story: I managed to speak with someone at Acer tech support which fully understood what I was talking about, but they informed me that they have no part number for the rubber feet, therefore they are unable to place an order to have them sent to me. BUT, if I were to send my AAO in for repairs, they could stick new feet on it. SOLUTION: Go to ebay. I see three vendors in Hong Kong selling generic Acer Aspire One rubber feet for less than 5 euro including postage to Europe/US.
If ordered online, an Acer laptop can cost between five hundred and a thousand dollars depending on the style and model of the laptop. If ordered second-hand, the product is typically less expensive.
