How can I make a cell phone ringtone?

Install one AudiCable Audio Recorder onto your computer. It has Windows and Mac version. Then use it to record songs that you like from different music streaming services like Spotify Music, Amazon Music and etc. Go to Tools > Audio Edit and you can reset the start and the end of the song.
