Not of they keep their legs closed. Water will enter the vagina if a woman holds her legs open. But never fear, women don't get pregnant if water alone with no live sperm in it enters her vagina.

Putting water in your vagina is not likely to damage it, but be careful because sometime air gets trapped and it could hurt you.
