What do you do when your heart breaks?

I'm sorry your hurt but love isn't always like that, we do however have to go through times like this to get where we really want to be. You have to pick yourself up and dust yourself off - so to speak. You have to realize that this is an experience and learn from it - take whatever you have learned from this so you can carry over (or don't) what you have learned into the future. Time heals all wounds and I realize it is easier said then done but you will pull through this. Keep yourself busy, take time for yourself - do things you enjoy, spend time with friends and family and trust me - before you know it things will be looking up, you have to let it and want it. All individuals go through heartbreak some more than others but think of it this way if we didn't feel hurt or sad how would we know how good it feels to be loved and happy. You can do it!

It's cliche, but time does heal. You just have to allow it. Use this time to invest your energies into yourself. When it gets tough, seek comfort in your friends. Eventually, statistics and and your elevated confidence from having improved yourself, will yield you another opportunity for love. usually people go into a depression .. i recommend seeing a Doctor ( no because i think there's something wrong with you)lolz but because i don't want you killing yourself. ... the Doctor might recommend some antidepressant

i you mean "broken heart" as in love, i think you should stop thinking about him and focus your life on something else. if he/she breaks your heart now, how can you trust them in the future? love people who love you. go back to your family, friends, and pets if any.

Talk to someone. make sure to get your feelings out. then be yourself, don't let your broken heart get in the way of who you are. Did you find out your crush likes somone else? Then act cool and try to be friends with them. It will be easier now that you don't have to worry about winning there heart over. Mabye they just broke up with you. think about why they did it. then you can decide if they broke up with you because they weren't into you or simply because it wasn't the right time for them. then you can open your eyes to someone who you might like better. somone who won't dump you. Follow your heart, and whatever you do, keep your friends close.
