After that use the Blue Feather to propose. You can buy the Blue Feather from the General Store once a girl reaches an Orange Heart Color.
You raise a girl's Heart Color by giving her gifts she likes.

∙ 13y agoAll you have to do is raise his Heart Color and get all of his Heart Events. After the final event, if you answered correctly he will propose to you a week or so later. The game ends once you get married.
