How do you get marred on Fable 3?

On the first game you can only marry Lady Grey but on fable 2 and 3 you can marry anyone by simply making them love you then give them a ring, that gets you engaged then all you have to do is make them follow you or hold their hand and take them to a house owned by you, then go on the property information post/board and select 'move in with spouse'. After this you will get a wedding cutscene and you will be married.

First you have to find someone compatible and have a wedding ring in your inventory. Use the LT to target a person, then press the yellow Y button to open their bio. It will tell if they are straight, or gay, demanding or laid back, funny or serious, and so on. Once you find someone you think you can get along with, start doing their favorite expressions and giving them gifts until their meter bar reaches the wedding ring. When this happens, a wedding ring will appear on the bottom of your D-Pad icon. Press down on the D-Pad to give the ring as a gift.

The higher class the person is you are trying to engage, the more chance there is that they may reject cheaper rings. If they accept, you will then be engaged. Go with your fiance to the nearest home that you own and examine the real estate information next to the front door. There will be an option to set that house as a marital home. Once you select this option a cut scene will occur. You will get a dowry and a renown boost.

How do you have children?

This is simple. After you have married a villager, you seduce them until they offer to sleep with you, or you can use the expression "Come Back to My Place" (which can be learned by reading "The Art of Seduction" Expression book). Lead them to the bed and click A to sleep. An option will come up to ask you whether or not you want to have Protected Sex or Unprotected Sex. To have children, you have to choose Unprotected Sex.

You get someone to be your boyfriend/girlfriend by being romantic. the command

propose going steady should appear when you click on the other sim if you've been romantic enough.

After you have a boyfriend/girlfriend, make sure thet both sims say extremely irrisistable on what they think of each other. Then, click on your boyfriend/girlfriend and say propose marriage. If this sim accepts, they're your fiance...if not, try again.

After that, you can have a private wedding wherever and whenever you want, or you can throw a party and select the wedding one. (any time during your party you can select the other sim and say get married)

Assuming you mean Elise, the girl at the begining of the game, you must first spare her life from Logan. Later in the game, you must rescue Lazlo's fiance in the quest "Kidnapped". You discover that his fiance is Elise, assuming you spare her at the begining, and when she asks you what she should do you need to tell her to leave Lazlo. Complete the quest and a couple days later she appears outside the orphanage/brothel able to romance like any other villager.

Note: If you fail to marry her outside the orphanage the first time you approach her, you will likely have to find her in the local pub.

You have to go to the temple of Mara in Riften, and speak to the priest about marraige. He will tell you that you have to wear an amulet of Mara, to show you are interested. You should buy one from him - bugs can occur if you're wearing one you found elsewhere.

Then it's just a matter of talking to people, and see if they notice the amulet. Some of them need you to do something for them first, either do a quest, make them a gift, there's other things too. But once someone agrees, return to the priest to talk about the wedding, he'll explain what to do from there.
