How do you get shaymin in Pokemon dimond?

sadly only one way is there because you have to obtain oaks letter meaning you need action replay and i wasnt happy about it either but you can easily get it with that object out on route 224 by a huge polished rock

there is an event on 28/9/09 go to mystery gift and obtain it from a green dude in a pokemart

There is another way to get Shaymin, if you have an R4 and diamond is on that you can click cheat and go to the one where it says "Walk through walls" or if its in Japanese just fiddle around till you get the right one, go to route 224 and find the polished rock, and walk through that onto the ocean (North) you should see a little island thing, (you may see shaymin there, but don't be fooled that's not it., go on the island, and follow it down. (should say seabreack path) keep following it.. (its a long way) and you end up in flower paradice, go up the stairs and theres shaymin (:!

You can catch shaymon after beating the Pokemon league,first you go to the grey rock(behind the Pokemon league,go though the victory cave first) and talk to it once and the game should walk you through it(actually you need the walkthough wall cheat to help you on this).i have a walkthough wall cheat and it help me get shaymon:)

You can encounter Shaymin by activating its event. You will need to obtain the Oak's Letter, which you can get by using an Action Replay currently, and bring it to northernmost of Sea Break Path. (east of Victory Road where a guy was blocking the path before the National Dex) Professor Oak will walk up to you and Shaymin will appear, then run off again, where you can now follow it to Flower Paradise.
